| Take a look at the Barbican Cinemas and you'll find modern, comfortably appointed and well-equipped auditoriums that are perfect for the most sophisticated presentation. Thoughtfully designed with raked seating for good sight lines, each cinema has air-conditioning and generous seating to ensure the comfort of delegates whilst maintaining their involvement.
The cinemas have projection rooms and simultaneous translation booths and, unlike many other presentation cinemas, include the service of a dedicated technician. There is also fully-integrated stage lighting and two sound rigs in each of the cinemas which can be adapted to the individual needs of the client. Each cinema rental includes a projection screen, PA system, three cabled microphones and a dedicated technician.
In addition to the cinemas, our flat floored conference rooms offer versatile well-equipped meeting rooms for presentations, focus groups and press conferences.
At the heart of the conference floor are two large suites with sound proofed sliding partitions providing space for up to 170 delegates in theatre style. Alternatively, these suites can be divided into six seperate rooms to provide the focused atmosphere required by smaller groups. A dedicated boardroom is also available for the most formal meetings.
To complements these facilities, a cloakroom and reception area providing a range of business services are located adjacent to these suites.
